General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Lymph nodes tend to enlarge due to the presence of inflammation in the surrounding area.

Inflammation may be due infection, trauma, cancer, allergies. The imaging would have assessed for cancer and any evidence of trauma.

If there is any evidence of infection she may need a course of antibiotics to see if there is improvement.
A gynaecological examination may be able to show if an infection is present.

I hope this helps
